Hi,I think I need a balanced Dual female xlr to 3.5mm / 1/8” mini jack. Every time I open Studio One 4 Prime, I see a bunch of white lines all over my screen. My computer is using a GTX 1660 ti and i5 9400f. I deleted the application because I assume the problems will continue. It renders the application useless for me, I only see white lines everywhere. I can't record anything like that. I upgraded from artist to professional. I download the file and it downloads fine. When I try to register the product is says the register key is already registered. If I try to activate off line it does the same thing.  My artist version is still showing up and pro version isn't showing.  I have all of the downloads that came with it.
