Hi,I think I need a balanced Dual female xlr to 3.5mm / 1/8” mini jack. Or should it be unbalanced or dual 1/4” TRS instead of XLR?I got Prosonus Eris 5 near field monitors to go with my desktop computer. They will sit about 4.5’ apart with the computer in the middle. Every time I open Studio One 4 Prime, I see a bunch of white lines all over my screen. My computer is using a GTX 1660 ti and i5 9400f. I deleted the application because I assume the problems will continue. It renders the application useless for me, I only see white lines everywhere. I can't record anything like that. Hi,Having some trouble with my folders in the browser. 3 times now ive gone and renamed and re organised my folders o ly to find that they go back to previous names and order. Not sure why this is happening. Ive also noticed that my version of studio one (4,5.5.54904 macOS x64) crashes when i simply to go Quit Studio One. This is very strange. PLEASE HELP. So, now, under Instrument Window, every VSTi is there as a Tab. It sometimes, clutter the view. It will be nice, if we click on the instrument button on a track and only that particular VSTi comes up directly and not the window named 'Instruments', containing all the VSTis. See the pic below. I upgraded from artist to professional. I download the file and it downloads fine. When I try to register the product is says the register key is already registered. If I try to activate off line it does the same thing.  My artist version is still showing up and pro version isn't showing.  I have all of the downloads that came with it. The chord track section is nice to follow, but the chords we put in need to be improved a bit more than listening.
