I upgraded from artist to professional. I download the file and it downloads fine. When I try to register the product is says the register key is already registered. If I try to activate off line it does the same thing.  My artist version is still showing up and pro version isn't showing.  I have all of the downloads that came with it. Today I completed Arabian, the notes in the scale being A B C# D# E F G. Unfortunately this scale is not available in the list of key signatures currently in Notion 6. Would it be possible for an expansion of the key signature menu, or alteatively an upgrade, allowing the manual importing of key signatures onto the stave? I am getting a signal on my Mixer but nothing is coming out of the main mix and the mute button stays lit up even after I power off and on....

I have bought quantum ,xps15 9560 and a TB16 thunderbolt dock. The TB16 have an extra tb3 outport and I have test it by another tb3 dock,and it's work. I coected the interface to pc via an apple adapter direct plug in the pc and it's work.but when I plug the interface to the tb16, I can't see the interface in system.should I change the adapter to a official recomend model? or the interface is just can not work through a dock?...

I'm looking at the Studio Live 3 16 Mixer and the recent added ability to control Studio One V3. But, a thought occurred to me, is the Studio Live Mixer a high end fader port 16? What I mean by that, Can the mixer control everything in studio one that the FP8 can control while also being an audio interface, onboard board track recording, and OTB mixing abilities? Also, what can it not control that the FP8 can control and vice versa?...

I have read that control surfaces using Mackie protocol can only use 8 faders for volume.To access the faders on the second bank or more in the DAW you always need to use a shift key and use the same 1 to 8 faders on the hardware. Therefore the 9 to 16 faders are redundant with respect to track volume.They can be assigned for send Etc but you caot in effect use all 16 faders to control track volumes 1 to 16 at the same time. Can anyone confirm this as I am wanting to purchase the 16 faders version but if they are not fully working on 16 chaels at once it seems pointless to pay the extra.I am initially wanting to use with Cubase 9.5Regards Russ...

I already own a CS18ai an RM32ai and an RM16ai which I cascade using a MOTU AVB and have run quite successfully at a number of gigs recently.All units are ruing the latest firmware.I now have the opportunity to buy a second pre owned CS18ai at a very good price from a friend who is moving across to a new 32R, my plan being to position it to the side of the stage and use it as a monitor mix control surface, rather than using a MacBook Pro as I do currently, and to continue to use the other CS18ai as the FOH control surface . I have read several articles and transposed them to the Studiolive 16R but I still caot get the routing to my headphone to work as it did with my 24.4.2 board. I reviewed the manual for 16R as well. The manual for FaderPort 16 states "Footswitch input for hands-free start/stop" but doesn't mention punch in.I have FaderPort and the manual states "footswitch jack for hands free punch in/out" and the "Punch button" on the front unit "PUNCH This button is assigned to tu Punch mode on or off in your DAW. To manually punch in/out, simply press the RECORD button while the DAW is playing. Using studio one. I just bought a windows 10 laptop. Using stock audio realtek drivers playback is fine at 16bit but, when I change playback to 24bit all sounds mute. Hi, I have a StudioLive AR16 USB. My mixer has been working while since purchase.Yesterday, I modified the hardware with my desktop. Having some issues with Qmix. After setting up permissions on the StudioLive 16 series III to allow access for band using Qmix. We decided to test it without the band being around. With some excitement we were in another room and decided to play around with it. The Aux chael we were playing with went to full volume and the foldback started feeding back.It seems the initial touch of the "Me" wheel or in the other mode too seems to make that Aux go full volume. This would be really bad if someone had an IEM on. The demo mode works ok.After the initial touch it seems to be ok. Are we doing something wrong? All firmware on console up to date. Hello! All help is appreciated! Amonth of off and on attempts to get this going. I launch EZ Drummer stand alone and the drums *immediately* begin working. Fantastic. Check. I open the Studio One 3, click Options -> Exteal Devices -> Add. I select New Instrument, pick the MIDI device that my drums are routed through. So far so good. This matches up with others I've seen doing the same thing. I then click File -> New Song -> Empty Song. I then drag over the EZ Drummer VST as a new instrument track and attempt to set the MIDI input. This is where it goes wrong. When using an "Instrument" as an "Exteal Device", I get no Input as expected. Therefor MIDI is not routed through to the ...

I am migrating from a StudioLive 16.4.2 to a StudioLive Series III 16R rack mixer for convenience and portability. On the new rack mixer, the RCA stereo line input level is very low on the 16R compared to other chaels and compared to the RCA input on the classic board. I play break music from an iPod using a 1/8" to RCA pair Y-cable, plugged into the 16R's RCA stereo line input. The iPod volume is maxed. Since the 16 R's RCA inputs are combined with chaels 15 and 16, those input gains are maxed, and the chael 15 & 16 faders are maxed. I have nothing else plugged into chaels 15 and 16.
