Why is the Quantum a pos device?

Okay...back and forth with presonus techless support, telling me to do the same thing over and over. Send them a system file from my Mac and make sure I have the latest driver.  Keeping this in mind, I'll keep this simple

1. Every 2-3 minutes the Quantum loses its connection to either of my computers.

2. After 20-30 minutes the **** thing goes solid red and sometimes even a reboot of one of my computers doesn't fix it, nor a reboot of the quantum or both or any combination.

3. It loses connection just sitting there like a ******.

4. It loses connection playing Youtube

5. It loses connection playing iTunes.

6. Don't even ask how it works..no screw that, doesn't work with any daw. Even Studio One.

7. Why did you guys make this? I honestly demand an answer I spent 1000 on this and am writing to the BBB and my states attorney on defective devices without any support. I have successfully gotten companies to help me, or refund me after I had to contact my states attorney so I am not scared to do it again.

8. I have used different THUNDERBOLT, yes I ******* checked, cables from Apple. 2 meter cables only. NEW.

9. My Macs: 2012 Retina MBP 15" and a 2015 iMac 27"
