Sort/stack tracks bottom to top

For the longest I've been wanting a DAW to stack added tracks from bottom of the arrange window to the top. Just the concept of when you add on to something, the foundation is the bottom, and you build on top of it. If there could be an option to sort top to bottom (current arrange view), or bottom to top (requested arrange view) that would be great. Recent Questions...
