Wy does the application have a bunch of recurring white lines all over it?

Every time I open Studio One 4 Prime, I see a bunch of white lines all over my screen. My computer is using a GTX 1660 ti and i5 9400f. I deleted the application because I assume the problems will continue. It renders the application useless for me, I only see white lines everywhere. I can't record anything like that. It only occurs on Studio One 4 as well : ( Back to audacity it is.
