Hi,We use RML32AI rack-mount mixer on the stage but the problem is that there is no compressor with sidechain whereas StudioLive Series III mixers have this amazing feature. Before we bought RML32AI mixer, we had watched and read that new features would be added in time. According to your videos, we have beenwaiting for this feature via new uptade. Ideally, I'd like to mount my new StudioLive 16 series III board on top of a mobile rack for use in my studio, as well as for mobile recording.It's a little over 21" deep, and I'm conceed that every time I pack it up, I'll have to remove every single cable from the back panel. I'd certainly prefer to leave it hooked up with the gear below it semi-permanently.Anyone got a good setup going on a mobile rack?Can anyone suggest a good make and model?Thank you!...

Hi There :-) I recently switched over from Win7 to Win10, and in Win7 there wasn't issue when two different applications such as a MP3 and a Web site playing at the same time on my USB96. Under Win10 only one application can get use of the ASIO driver. In most cases it just cuts audio completely and you have to reboot the machine to get it working again. I tried playing around with different versions of Universal Control with the same results. I tried looking on your site and on the web for any answers before I contacted you so that I don't waste your time. I'm stuck on this, can you please advice?...

I've just started with Studio One, moving from Cakewalk Sonar Platinum. I like it so far and still have plenty to lea.One thing I notice as different is very high latency values for ASIO in Studio One. I'm used to much lower latency in Sonar and I wondered if Studio One supports WASAPI drivers. I don't see an option for them at the moment.If they are available, I would appreciate any advice on how to access them.Thanks...

Hey, can I just have a copy of the old program that coected the AudioBox iTwo to my PC (Windows 7, 64 bit) ? The old program, before Universal Control, worked absolutely fine, and I recorded with it quote a bit. but uninstalling the old program & "upgrading" to Universal Control led to: Computer failing to recognize AudioBox, computer displaying errors with the drivers of the audiobox when recognized 5 hours of troubleshooting with no results whatsoever 2 dozen guides on how to treat possible issues, with no results, probably a dozen Reinstalls and uninstalls, including ones where i went to and deleted files in 'appdata' and 'prefetch' folders as recommended by the official Presonus answ...

Basically it caught my attention that my right speaker wasn`t as noisy as always before start mixing, so I supposed its gain in the back was down or at least lower than the left one.Then I realized it actually sounded really bad, like with no power, highs nor clarity at all. I see from a post in June 2017 there was a driver signing issue for Faderport 8 in Windows 10 version 1703 and I am not seeing anywhere I look on the website and in help files about it having been resolved. I recently purchased Studio One 3 Professional and I am interested in buying a Faderport 8 but I won't if this is still an issue and I have no interest in going through the hassle of reverting my Windows 10 to a previous version and keeping it off the inteet so Windows 10 can't update it. I am setting up a new recording studio at home, and am looking to reset all my gear to the latest/greatest. I have a practice room area that is roughly 30 feet by 20 feet, and a separate fishbowl control room. I would like to set up a Studio Live RM32AI in the main music hall section close to the instruments. I have a dedicated cat5e cable ruing from the hall to the control room. I understand you can link a CS18AI console using cat5e, but can this also be done with the latest Studiolive 32 series III? This would allow me to control sound from the physical console in the control room, or through iPad in the music hall - keeping everything in sync.Thanks in advance for any advice on this.John...

I've tried rolling back, updating, updating firmware... There's no option for mono-chael anymore. If I can't set my microphone to mono in windows or via Universal Control, there's no way for me to record high-quality audio via shadowplay (Nvidia Share). If I really wanted to I could use third-party software every time I record, but that defeats the purpose of shadowplay in general!If anyone knows how I can set my microphone to mono via windows or universal control, please help!Thank you,Thomas...
