Can you make an SMPTE LT track in SO3.5 Artist?

I'm a newbie with SO3.5 and have been asked to supply an SMPTE LT 30 code for a lightshow featuring my music. No idea how to do it :-(

Any advice would be much appreciated. Especially a workaround if it is not possible to do it in SO.
