Is it possible + how-to-manual to use StudioLive AR12 USB for live performance with DAW chael + effects output?

I can get the sound from the StudioLive mixer in my computer, but how exactly can I then output the sound of my computer + all the effects/plugins inserts on the chaels, to the mixer? Love to use my DAW's plugins and effects for a live concert. Or is this not possible?

I managed to do this with a software instrument, but I don't know how to do this for direct mic input (voice & acoustic instruments) in the mixer. Or is this not possible?
