Why I can not use Other VST ?

Hi I am the user that using SO3 Pro 32bit

My computer information

win 10 pro 64 bit (latest redstone version)

32 G ram...

and I use SO3 Pro activated offline .(latest version)

Not I will start my problem.

Why I can not use Other VST ?
I use some cracked other companies VST.
However, whenever I open cracked other companies VST in Studio One 3(32bit) the cracked VST always uncracked and I caot use what I wnat to use.

(hypersonic, ivory, addictive drums... etc)
I insist that you do not have thr rights that I use cracked other companies VST.
How can I fix it?
