iOS/iPad: Improve Apple Pencil text area field

Using my Apple Pencil for writing notes is really cool. But I wished there
would be an option to disable writing notes with my hands if I use an Apple
Pencil.
It's suboptiomal that the main navigtion is under the note writing text
area. I accidental pressed buttons there, when I was writing notes.
Solution would be easy: Just set the position of the Navigation over the
note enter / keyboard area.
