iOS/iPad [Bug]: Text position not correct

There is a bug for the text position. The initial texts from an empty page
are centered correctly. But I add an new text they have an offset. If I set
position of the text left your right it i seems that the initial texts are
ignoring the right page padding (but centering correct) and my newly added
text respect the text padding, but centering is broken... (WTF...?). I use
an iPad Pro 10.3
