Sound playing from all tracks but one. I need help.

I am using Presonus Studio One 3 Artist Version and I have multiple tracks recorded already. No busses or anything. I arranged them all and I have listened to them previously with no issues. Today I opened up my computer and one of the audio tracks isn't giving me sound. In the console, the fader isn't getting signal either. It is clear on the audio track itself that there is sound to be played but it is not playing.

The track is not muted, the volume automation is not being used, and it's at +10dbs.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
