Studio one 3 proffesional do not work with the mouse.

Hi , my problem is that when i use studio one 3 professional some of the comands dont work with the mouse , i try with other mouse and nothing happen , so i sure is no the mouse, somebody can help me please? i have to use the keybord only and this is really anoying . Thank.
