Having Trouble transferring all scenes from one SLAI mixer to another SLAI mixer

I have a client that has just purchased a second AI mixer and would like to transfer all the scenes from the first one.

I updated both SLAI 32 4 2 consoles with the most current firmware, then saved the scenes from the first console on the Macbook in UC and I can clearly see the file. Unfortunately, when coecting the second console, the files "GREY OUT" or lock out so they are not able to be accessed or loaded on the second console.

I have never attempted this before, and found it odd, so I must be missing a critical step. I need to retu the first SLAI console for factory service. Any ideas?
