Audiobox 1818VSL keeps turning itself off and on.

I recently tried to update my 1818VSL firmware and it suddenly tued itself off on its own. After that I get an error that the device is discoected. It happens every time I try to do the update and also when I try to play Rocksmith 2014. Which is really weird.

The strange thing is - I can listen to music and also record everything normally on Studio One (MIDI or audio). It's not much of an issue but I've got an evergrowing collection of songs in Rocksmith and I really enjoy playing along to some music.

Additional info:

Windows 7 64bit (now updated to 10, same problem)

Tried different USB ports, even borrowed my fathers laptop. Same thing.

It was ruing fine for over 3-4 years on the same setup.
