How do I use more than one pair of outs on the FIREBOX simultaneously when selecting one pair excludes the others?

All literature says that you can use the outs simultaneously and that would only make sense yet unless I am missing the way to do this (such as shift or command/select on the second pair would make sense), mine does not appear to be functioning this way. I’m on Firebox with MacBook Pro. Help! Thank You!!
