Do I need a separate mic preamp to use an outboard compressor with the quantum 2 or does it have built-in send/returns?

I have a Warm Audio WA-2A that I am wanting to use for Lightly compressing vocals while recording before it goes into Studio One. Being new to using analog gear, I can’t seem to find a definitive answer on if the in/out on the quantum 2 is the same as the send/retu or do I need to get a separate mic preamp?
