Fixed EQ Band Q Encoder Mode

Just had an idea of improving StudioLive Series III mixers EQ control. It will be much more easier if we can use a dedicated Q encoder (like the one under the touch screen?) instead of pressing a button to switch the same encoder from Frequency to band Q.

To realize the feature, you can create a new mode/preference in the settings menu, so every time when we are in the EQ window, the encoder under the touch screen becomes a dedicated Q control, and it follows the band that is being adjusted by the gain/frequency encoder. While in other windows, the encoder functions as normal.

It would be awesome if we can have 6 bands of parametric EQs when notching frequencies is necessary.

Also looking forward to see some bus processors like a multi-band compressor in future firmware updates.
