Be able to chose that a plugin should not be affected by the "Toggle Floating Window" key command (F12)

As it is, I have a VU Meter-plugin on the master bus that I always like to keep open and visible. Sometimes other plugins as well. It you be great to be able to pin them in a way so they don't close when pressing F12.
