Why do I lose Youtube audio (and coection) when I try to record on Prosonus Studio One?

I have been trying to actually record using your software. In doing so, I've tried to watch YouTube "how-to" videos but each time I activate Studio One Artist, it kills the coection to the Youtube videos. I have a 64-bit Toshiba Satellite laptop with an Intel Core i7 chip, and 16GB of RAM. I'm using Windows 8.1.

I appreciate that you don't have all the answers, but this is precisely why your firm should have troubleshooting guides on paper, rather than just a few pages suggesting how to install the software (and the assumption it will work perfectly).

I look forward to your response as to what I should do to fix this, either within Studio One Artist or on my PC.
