Why Can't I submit Tech Support Ticket For Notion6?

I have tried repeatedly while logged into my account to submit a ticket for Notion tech support but I do not get any sort of receipt for the submission and when I check "open tickets" nothing shows for the submission.

As to the problem, my Notion6 crashed yet again for no apparent reason (working offline) so I uninstalled Notion6 and then reinstalled everything including the sound bundles but now I caot open any of my old Notion compositions. They're all empty white icons. I have Windows 7 64-bit. I did get an interesting message from my BitDefender software saying it had blocked two Notion applications because of suspected malware and then ID'ed them as originating from a composition file I had been working on the night before. The virus is named Gen:Atc4.detection. The file was disinfected and then quarantined. Please help.
