Audiobox USB Not being recognized by Windows 10

Conducting a demo of Studio One with prime and a Audiobox USB 2x2. I caot get the AB USB coected and I keep getting a "USB device malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it" message whenever I try to coect.

I'm Ruing Win-10/64 with latest updates and have downloaded the USB driver/Universal controller from the Web site. I have followed the installation procedures and have done several Installs/Uninstalls with info. obtained from the forums. I have moved the USB coection to a rear port (motherboard) and reinstalled from scratch but still receive the same response.
