How do I let my recorded guitar part play ONLY over headphones, and mute the monitors?

I've got a AudioBox iTwo and Studio One. After recording my guitar part, I want to record vocals, but I don't know how I can get the guitar part to ONLY play over my headphones, so that the microphone doesn't pick up the sound from the monitor. Thanks!
