How do I use an internal fx separately from the track I'm recording to.

I don't know if this is possible but: I'd like to use one of the Studio One EQ fx to equalize my guitar before it goes to my amplifier and then route the signal from the amplifier back into Studio One to record the guitar/amplifier on a different chael. So the fx chain would go thus: 1. guitar 2. input into a dedicated track in Studio One via one input on my Firestudio Project 3. use an EQ effect inserted on that track 4. route the signal back out of Studio One via to another chael on my Firestudio Project 5. take the signal from the Firestudio Project and go to the input on my guitar amplifier 6. go from the amp back to the Firestudio Project 7. then from the Firestudio Project back into Studio One to a different track so I can record the (equalized/amplified) guitar.

Is this even possible?
