Can I please have the relevant information to use Eventide plugins

Just installing the raft of plugins and updates and the Eventide plugins require a licence key, which is shown as described on my my.presonus.com account however, it doesn't show the required serial number.

Can you please contact me and provide the appropriate information to allow me to use this plugin that took so long and was stupidly overcomplicated to install. It is extremely frustrating (and I can see other complaints about it in this forum) that not only do I have to sign up for 2 different accounts AND activate them (seriously!) but then I can't even use the plugins because of missing information. Poor show Presonus.
