Audiobox 22vsl midi chaels work in Mixcraft 8 but Chaels 1 and 2 do not seem to be sending any signal.

If I tun the mixer knob down I can hear the audio through the speakers but when it is tued up there is no information being registered in Mixcraft 8. I already uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled, also, made sure it was plugged into the only 2.0 port on my pc. Again, midi is working fine.
