Cant access audiobox settings Universal Control "Limitd or no coectivity with Audiobox"

I have a Dell inspiron 15 5000, 1TB, 8GB, I5 ruing windows 10, newest version of Universal Control Audiobox driver.

I use Studio One 3 and Audiobox USB 2x2. I used to be able to change the latency by adjusting the buffer size through Universal Control.

My problem started yesterday. The thing is, right when I tu on the interface, I get a message from Universal Control: "Limited or no coectivity with audiobox". Studio One is working fine, but when I get to Universal Control, I can't access the settings like buffer size. Only an image with the "Audiobox" name appears, but no options, no settings, nothing I can change.

I've tried to restart de PC, reinstall the driver, Universal Control, but nothing happens. The "limited or no coectivity message" keeps appearing all the time and when it does, the PC audio pops.

What can I do?!?!
