Plugin Manager needed

The default (vendor, folder etc) views for sorting plugs is not configurable, Please could we enable user definable plug in sets (similar to Sonar) so I can arrange VST and VSTi plugs. Sonar had a fairly good tool for this and it's one of the very few things I miss.
