Allow control of send functions linked to focussed chael

I would like to use an exteal midi controller to -

Toggle send mute, adjust pan and volume for selected chael.

This should apply to the order in which the sends are, for example if chael one is selected and I have a reverb send as the 4th send a mapped button would toggle the mute. If chael 2 is selected and the 4th send is a delay the same button on the control surface would toggle the on/off.

This should work on any chael that has sends (chaels , busses etc.)

From what I can tell so far there is no way to do this.
