Move "Tape Style Monitoring" Preference to Record Panel or Console Options (i.e. the wrench icons)

There are times when I may want to quickly toggle between the Tape Style monitoring settings. To speed this process up, I suggest moving the Tape Style Monitoring checkbox to the Record Panel, or even the Console Options. This would be much faster than going to Studio One -> Options -> Advanced -> Console
