Notion Ipad. Measures count wrong, apparently due to a "broken" measure bar. How to fix it ?

one of my measure bar is split in 2 parts - or "broken" - , which apparently makes the measure count wrong from this point onwards (this split bar doesn't seem to be recognized as measure bar). I found up to now no way to select it (it refuses to be -) and to replace it with a normal bar...
