Automated Compositional Tools

My opinion, but I think Notion has missed the boat as far as being a friendly composer's space with tools that aid in composition. True, it's much better than a score pad, but come on, this is a computer we're using, and music is math! How about some idea generation tools, harmonization tools, music generation algorithms, this is a new century! Or maybe just start with identification of selected/played/notated notes or chords? Incorporate some tools like Mapping Total Harmony Pro, Songworks, or Harmony Navigator! Progression generators that recognize scale and suggest chords...

The ability to split a chord across any number of voices...

There are so many possibilities.

These are all things that are missing from Notion and the competition, and would, in my view, be valuable for any composer or student of music.
