The 4-th Presence is not working with XT libraries

I have 4 presence insnruments in my project. All instruments use Presence XT Libraries. 4-th or 5-th instrument uploaded the samples, but it isn't working. The S1 busy with endless process. Is this normaly?

I should write music now and I have the hard deadline!

Audio interface: Sonic Core Scope Professional DSP PCI

Exteal: Korg Kronos
