Firewire card not recognized by Universal Control on Windows 10 PC

I have a StudioLive 16.4.2 and for coecting it to the PC I bought a firewire card with a TI XIO2200A chipset. I installed Universal Control 1.7.6, but it doesn't recognize the firewire card:
