how to un arm all tracks with faderport8 in studio one 3.5

I just purchased Studio One Professional and faderport 8 when I arm all tracks for recording by pressing the shift +arm all tracks button I caot unarm them how do you unarm all tracks. ....even when I manually Click on each track record buttons in Studio One to unarm it I still acts as if all tracks are still armed though all the select buttons lights are off on the faderport 8 it continues to behave as if all tracks are arm and monitor buttons activated thanks Rick
