studio one 3 sound goes out on me

i have studio one 3 on my mac.. lately the sound been going out when i record,play or add a new track. Then i have to do the following: Go up to song,go to song setup, Go to preferences,(device Block Size) an chance the samples to make the sound come back in but when i get to trying to really record it goes out again... im using audiobox usb can us body please help me idk if you be able to see the video but im bout to try an add it
