Can Notion include an arrow and bracket to link chord names showing certain types of resolution?

Can Notion include an arrow to link 2 chord names showing a dominant function chord resolution down a P5 relationship. Also, can Notion include a bracket coecting 2 chord names showing a subdominant to dominant relationship.

These aotations are required by Berklee when writing compositions. Both Finale and Sibelius have this feature. Obviously, the arrows and brackets can be of multi-use so, you would need to be able to drag these anywhere on the page similar to a text box, expand/shrink, etc...
