Distorted sound from the Digital Piano?

I am a new user to this hardware and software and facing a trouble in recording my instrument, Casio Digital Piano (Celviano - AP 250BN).

I am using an Audio Box 96 with Studio 4 coected to my HP Laptop Windows 7 64 Bit, with the midi cable coected to my Piano.

When I am playing/recording the notes, I am getting very thrash distorted sound of my instrument. I have tried the same with different inputs and output systems, different midi cables and instrument cables.

Seeking your Help & Assistance on the Same.
