Why can't there be an option in the fatchael xt to 'side-chain' as well as 'Listen' ?

I would like to take advantage of the new compressors in the fatchael but the listen option just isn't good enough for electronic music. I need a to be able to side chain kicks with bass lines etc.... Having the option of 'Side Chain' or 'Listen' would be brilliant.
