Computers do not recognize my audiobox(USB 96).

I've tried my computer and a couple of my friends computers, but the audiobox won't be recognized by the computers. All of the computers were ruing Windows 10(x64). The audiobox works when coected to an amplifier, and the clip lights and the 48v lights go on when they were supposed to, but it doesn't work with any computer. I have tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall universal control, along with keeping the plug in, and out, but non of it works. I also used many other data transfer cables that I know work for other devices, but not for my audiobox. I can't find it in my device manager or my audio device manager. It had worked before, but I didn't do anything different.
