When i try to coect my Faderport 8 on Pro tools 10, pro tools freeze ?

My Faderpot 8 was working good on pro tools 10 but i removed it from midi controler but now i can't put back in, every time pro tools freeze. can you help me ? i try to reinstal pro tools and universal control and the firmware but nothing change.

by the way when i try to reboot the firmware i've got that error " -2147467259 "
