Song is missing after resetting settings

So I reset my settings by deleting the settings folder only holding on to the license and the extentions and now my session is completely gone audio and all, only an autosave with nothing attached, I swear to god if i've lost a session cause ANOTHER bug u guys cant fix I'm going to be raging ******.
