Audiobox itwo low input signals

Hello I was using my Audiobox Itwo kid with win 10 without any problems since I had to format my computer since then t my input signals are very low, both if i use the cond mic or just plugging directly my guitar. I can hear the sound in play back but my recording tracks can't detect any wave, and the leds near the gain knob are always off, except if I tu the knobs all the way up i have the green led on, but as soon as i start playing it goes in clip. What can I do? ( I tried to reinstall all the drivers, use different recording programs nothin seems working).
