Studiolive 16.4.2

Have had my studiolive 16.4.2 for 4 years and never had any trouble. Suddenly the sound cut, and the meters froze. (only xlr and jack coected)

The sound was gone for 20 seconds, after that everything seemed alive. This happened 4 times during the concert. What can be the cause?
