Mixer Chael Highlighting Could Be Clearer

I often find myself staring at the mixer (on a separate display) after selecting a chael in the arrange window and spending a few seconds trying to figure out which I've selected.

A couple of thoughts on how to improve this.

After selection in arrange always put the chael in the middle of the mixer window.
Make the highlighting of the selected chael more obvious, maybe with a border or specific colour, the problem is that with all the different shades of colours in the mixer it is hard to distinguish between a chael that has a naturally bright colour and one that is highlighted.

OK it's not a biggie but it does catch me out from time to time.
