Bombshell! Ae Waiguru Reveals That PAC Demanded KSh10 Million Bribe To Clear Her

Ae Waiguru has revealed that Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee demanded KSh10m bribe to clear her from the National Youth Service scandal.

Waiguru made the claim for the first during an interview on Citizen TV on Wednesday night saying that some of the MPs on the committee asked for the bribe so that they would write a favorable report.

The Public Accounts Committee have recently released a report recommending that the former devolution CS be barred from holding public office due to her involvement in the scam. In response, Waiguru said:

“Sometimes, some PAC members would ask for money, so they can write a favorable report. I was asked for 10 million. I said I did not have it, told them to write what they wanted,” she claimed.

The Kirinyaga gubernatorial aspirant said the process to clear her had been derailed by the said MPs with hidden agenda. This inadvertently led to her victimization despite her record at the ministry.

“All my issues are allegations and I know my problems started when NYS youth went into Kibera probably because we did more in 3 years than what leaders there had in 25 years.”

Waiguru went on to accuse opposition leader Raila Odinga of defamation by coecting her to the NYS scam.

“I have been a scapegoat from the begiing and I, therefore, sued Raila for defamation and the matter is in court. The only thing that will stop him from defending himself in court is presidency and he will not be President,” Waiguru said.

She emphasized that the KSh1.8 billion which went missing was recovered but not given coverage by the media leading to the negativity which prompted her to leave office as Devolution CS.

“There are no two laws in Kenya, that one applies to citizens, the other to Waiguru; yet the media focused the negatives with the ‘wars’ getting to me and my children. I made the decision to leave office.”

Waiguru has now vowed to write a book naming members of the Public Accounts Committee demanded KSh10m bribe as well as everybody responsible for her troubles in public service.

“I am writing a book and I will give names in the book where the truth will be known by Kenyans.”
