Why Does My Studio One Takes Forever To Open?

I have unchecked the scan plugins at start up and it is still the same thing, It has and stays on scaing sound set for a very very very long time, my opinion is that this has to do with this version of studio one, Like I said i have it installed on 3 systems and they all behave the same way.
