How do you set up DAW returns 3, 5 and 7 in UC Surface from Pro Tools?

I just got a Studio 192 and when I hooked it up to my computer Pro Tools saw it and worked just fine playing back through DAW retu #1. UC Surface has 3 more stereo DAW retus. I would love to be able to send a click signal back through a different DAW retu, like 3, 5, or 7. How do I set this up? The 3, 5, & 7 DAW retus don't show up as available outputs in Pro Tools and I have no idea how to add them.
