I want to call up extended FX chain presets via buttons on my nanokey controller like "patches" - possible?

Maybe with macros? I just need some way to "call" the presets on each chael with buttons (MIDI) or keys on the keyboard, so that while I'm playing I can switch to different sounds on the fly without using the mouse, like a guitarist would by using a foot controller to load banks and patches.
